| Rosario factory is composed by two industrial units that are clearly differentiated according to the products they manufacture. |

This factory manufactures floor and roof tiles and a complete line of accessories in order to achieve better positioning and customer service. These products are included in the Genesis collection.
Production capability reaches 1,200,000 m2 per year. The factory employs the humid extrusion technology.
Basically, the productive process can be described as follows:
* preparation, milling and dampening of the different clays used by the process.
* clays metering and piecing.
* pieces humid extrusion.
* pieces drying in drying chambers.
* pieces cooking in a 110 metres long furnace.
* pieces classification and packing.
The employed technology is German, Italian and French. The resulting product quality is acknowledged by the domestic market as well as foreign ones.

This factory manufactures hollow bricks for panels, roofs and columns. These products are included in the Hollow Bricks collection.
Production capability reaches 102,000 tons per year. The factory employs the humid extrusion technology.
The productive process is completely automated and can be described basically as follows:
* preparation and dampening of the different clays used by the process.
* clays metering and piecing.
* bricks humid extrusion.
* bricks drying in a fast continuous drier.
* bricks cooking in a 104 metres long tunnel furnace.
* bricks classification and packing.
The employed technology is French and Italian. Product quality has deserved the "Best Brick" qualification.
